They should lose last summer game to PF, a fluke goal that they scored and a couple post and crossbars by PF save them. Didn’t happen today.

PDA is always great at U13 and U12 and every other age group. Who cares if they lost today, kids have off days and it’s still the best club around. They might night lose another game this year in these age groups, no need to wait until next year.

PF attracts talent at U10 and U11 but their teams really fall off as the girls get older.

Disagree. Their 2008 team is very good. The move back to the ECNL has greatly improved recruitment and retention.

Keep in mind there are 3 ECNL clubs here in Philly suburbia, where PDA covers similar area size and population wise with no competition whatsoever.

2008 team strong for PF. Best age group in the club.

Jeremy Beardsley is the 2010 coach. Daughter is on the team.

They need to recruit better for the bottom half of the team.

I’ve heard about this team for years but they haven’t done anything

True, but in fairness that half is subbing in together every half of every game no matter what. Opponents are keeping their guns on the field the whole game. No excuses and no complaints, I would do the same. Just facts.

I’m sure that bottom (third really) playing time will not be the same next year when nationals is in play.

Credit to PF. Good side, some dangerous players. But are we serious with shooting from kick off?!? C’mon…

I know the PF 2010/2011 Coach and he confirmed no one played an entire half let alone the entire game. I know some teams will play certain girls the full game and I have no problem with that unless they look exhausted or hurt and a coach won’t take them out. PDA 2011s are the best team top to bottom and will only get better.

I have not seen any drop in quality of players after second group of kids came into the game. To me they all looked the same. The issue with all of them is lack of courage to get out of script and do something on their own.

Beat PDA Blue last season, beat previously undefeated Solar in ECNL Playoffs. How did PDA do against Solar?
