I was the one posting the question and it is nice for once seeing TS not bashing a club. It seems like a good club to keep in mind although my D may be too old (2007).

One of the best clubs for developing talent in the state. Unfortunately for their sake their talent constantly gets poached by PDA, Red Bulls, CSA, STA, MFA etc . If you look at some of the rosters from powerhouse clubs on the 2009, 2008, 2007 girls side a lot of the players were developed by NJ Premier coaches and then stolen by the likes of Mick Smith, Heineman, Larry Hart, Ken Moyer, Andrew Giambardo and the list is too long to name. The NJ Premier coaches will train players to play proper football, definitely not kick and run.

Not sure what happened to the coaching for the younger girls teams. They seemed to be struggling. It could be the talent pool.
