No not at all, SJEB would probably win a Natl Championship if they played ECNL. CSA Bergen would come in second.

locally maybe but not national. Ecnl does have strong clubs out west.

Real 05 will probably put out one of the best GA classes in recent history. Certainly better then the other average at best GA clubs in the great Garden State. Excellent pick up by GA.

Agreed, quality programme and will instantly give GA much needed credibility in NJ and the North East.

Are they thinking of any other additions or is Real it? Would be nice to add another few great clubs (West Morris, Parsipanny, Wall, Princeton etc) and really fortify GA in NJ.

Wall would be a solid in not obvious choice. They are already well ahead of CSA in just about everything. Training and coaching, track record and quality of play. Slight edge to CSA on the facilities. Not sure how Wall compares with the rest of the GAL league.

ECNL should contract at least for PDA. Only one ECNL White team above .500 which is pretty striking actually and PDA S has been struggling since handed the golden ECNL ring.

If it is supposed to be about the best competition why does PDA get to have really bad teams in ECNL? It is obvious it's about the money and developing the bottom line and not the best of the best like some would have you believe.

Agreed. They consolidate players because of PDA Blue, which are some of the most talented girls in the area. Players hope to get developed and moved up, which rarely happens. It would benefit NJ youth soccer on the girls side for them to only have one team. STA should be in ECNL. SJEB would be a nice alternative to PDA South, and they seem like they're doing a good job at development with JT. Idk firsthand though
