That doesn't make sense. 1-2 players that covered in 1 game (is that what you meant?) are not going to change an entire season. Coaching issue?

More like a few players for a few games. I'm not sure if that's the reason they went on a run in the spring and haven't carried it over to the fall but it's as good a guess as any.

Agreed. Some will say it was one game- but not really. Because the teams they have played this season are not top in the country nor the area and when tied SUSA and WC it’s obvious this would happen. If you know the coach and his lack of creativity past U13 - you would not be surprised.

Correct. Pretty disappointing to watch. They showed lack of field vision and organization. They took big kicks from midfield to goal and prayed it will go in when there were open players in front of them to pass to. When a player got the ball they ran up the line and didn’t look up and shot straight into goalie hands —even when there was a wide open player in front of the goal. It seems the kids are trying to prove themselves to the coach and playing alone. When you are U13 and below big kicks to goal can work because goalies cannot stop the ball. But as they get older with talented goalies and strong defenders it doesn’t work on the stronger teams. At this level and age - speed and athletics isn’t enough.
