PDA blue players are not all good. Many don't play or don't play a lot outside of RU. Focusing on wins only is the problem and wins against your own age group in club is much easier than wins against teams of skilled players.

happy to root for them, just wish their youth club did a better job of preparing them for success at the next level, something is missing there with the athletes they get...
guess the youth "wins" don't count later...

Totally disagree, with the talent that comes thru, team training should be better at youth level all around to better prep players for the next level.
There are not enough doing well at the college level as mentioned in other posts.
Of course then, there cannot be the overfocus on "winning" when they are young like in europe, and actual focus on fundamentals, overall game knowledge, work on possession early, rotation of positions, etc...
