We do not know if SUSC knows about this player, correct? We do not know if SUSC has asked for, and been given permission by USSoccer (as some form of "Hey we know this is short notice and it will be tough to get full rosters at the older age groups so far into their HS years, so we'll look away for now" scenario), correct? We do not know if SUSC is just rolling the dice and taking their chances and will ask for forgiveness later vs. permission now, correct?
Personally, I think USSoccer should be more lenient at the older age groups, provide limited waivers in the middle, and lock it down at the U14. Start with a fresh set of kids and let it run it's course through one cycle and then make a determination on successes. But, nobody asked me...

Originally posted by Unregistered View PostSeacoast is where your venom should be directed. Despite what was said at the parents meetings several players were given a waiver that the club said/inferred would allow them to play high school. Whether that was approved by the USSF or not will probably never be known. Read the threads to see the proof of this pass. Seacoast was contacted and they responded that it would be “handled” yet nothing was done. If Seacost was worried about it they would have shut it down immediately. You have several players missing DA practices yet they play on the weekend for their DA team. Please don’t be that ignorant that Seacoast doesn’t know exactly where they are and obviously doesn’t care. They know they are getting some bad press now because they are blatantly flaunting that certain players get exceptions over others. I completely agree that this is bull****, a horrible example and unfair to those that weren’t given the option. If you were a parent and player who was given this pass then why wouldn’t you do it. I would assume at the beginning of the current season the backlash from this was not fully understood but if the club knew the priority of HS and no NHIAA rules are being broken then I personally don’t fault the families for doing what they are doing. I get it that it’s not right but with the blessing of Seacost they can not be blamed for what some are calling unethical and being horrible parents.

Originally posted by Unregistered View PostAgain, I didn’t break the rules, so no need for this “tough guy” to answer to anyone. Gotta love the blame shifting and lack of morals or accountability with this crew and their shills. I would have more respect for them if they would just own up to their deception, and own their big “middle finger” to the rules and the rest of us. But the excuse-making, and constant deflection is about as sad as it gets. Freakin own it already.
Even better, do it anonymously so you can hide from the trees.
I'm not even one affected, but find your chickenshlt ways sad.

Stand under the pavilion and state your case. I'd have a ton more respect.
