As you can see from the article this family is special, so they should be treated differently. Rules don't apply to the Elite! Pass the Grey Poupon!

Neither of these girls play DA??? I thought the younger one went to Stars, and the older one is not on the DA game reports.

OP was referring to the player for Trinity. Not the Brummet sisters

You can make whatever choice you want for your daughter, including breaking the rules. However, don’t be surprised when others disagree with your choice and want the rules to be enforced for everyone. Not sure that many people would want to be around YOU.

Worst part is - her coach at Trinity is one of the heads of the soccer coaches association here in NH....

Isn't Trinity a Catholic School? Wow - some real Christian values there - ignore the rules and just win baby!

Well, first, TM is a fantastic guy and it's possible he may not know. Now, if someone rats her out to him, he will have to come down her if it's a problem.

Well the only way her doesn’t know is if she is not missing any HS practices/games for her DA commitments, and he has no idea she even plays DA. If that is somehow the case, she is then probably missing DA practices. In whichcase her DA coaches must know, and be allowing her to be breaking the rules. If she has somehow has not missed anything on either side, and both coaches are completely in the dark, then it is solely on the parents/girl (who are guilty no matter what). I find the last option implausible, and believe at least one side (HS coach/DA coach) is complicit, if not all sides.

                        So, you don't know, correct?

U16/17 have a large roster. I know players have been told they won't be at every game. So, this is plausible, no?

                        * Player is making all HS practices and games so far (all done during the week)
                        * Player is making most practices for DA (even all, maybe, I don't know their practice times). Anything missed so far has not raised a flag. Games are on Saturday.

I have no idea if what I have posed is plausible or not. Nor, does anyone outside that family, either.

I don't have a dog in this fight, but we have enough theories that evolve into facts which turn into campaign talking points in today's society, no?

If you really wanted to know, call TM or CS and ask them directly.

Wrong. That's a different girl. Almost identical name but different girl and a different age.

Seacoast is where your venom should be directed. Despite what was said at the parents meetings several players were given a waiver that the club said/inferred would allow them to play high school. Whether that was approved by the USSF or not will probably never be known. Read the threads to see the proof of this pass. Seacoast was contacted and they responded that it would be “handled” yet nothing was done. If Seacost was worried about it they would have shut it down immediately. You have several players missing DA practices yet they play on the weekend for their DA team. Please don’t be that ignorant that Seacoast doesn’t know exactly where they are and obviously doesn’t care. They know they are getting some bad press now because they are blatantly flaunting that certain players get exceptions over others. I completely agree that this is bull****, a horrible example and unfair to those that weren’t given the option. If you were a parent and player who was given this pass then why wouldn’t you do it. I would assume at the beginning of the current season the backlash from this was not fully understood but if the club knew the priority of HS and no NHIAA rules are being broken then I personally don’t fault the families for doing what they are doing. I get it that it’s not right but with the blessing of Seacost they can not be blamed for what some are calling unethical and being horrible parents.

Nope - sorry - wrong. It is the same girl - Trinity player & DA U16/17 is the same player. Watched the opening home game for DA last week at the SUSC fields and saw the Trinity game against Derryfeild the other day. Same girl - different uniform.

Spelling in both the DA roster and the Union Leader are the same, birth year 2020 - makes her a junior in HS as stated in the Union Leader article.... and BTW - the Trinity program knows she plays both.
