We just survived 4 years of high school soccer with a daughter who is now playing college ball. We now have a son playing varsity as a freshman, and have 3 games in the books. At the last game, I was just amazed, though I shouldn't have been, at the opposing parents arguing about ever little call or non-call by the refs. It was absurd. Having seen 4 years of high school ball, I know some towns are nuttier than others. I am content to sit silently & let the refs ref, and let my kid play. Am I nuts, or are the ranting and raving parents nuts?

Someone's little Landon didn't make varsity and instead of telling him to work harder so he can make them team next year mommy and daddy are ragging on the coach. What a bunch of losers.

Stay classy. Who picks on a 16 year old kid because they don't like his Dad?

You are an unwelcomed distraction that is fueled by your own sense of entitlement. And to top it off, you hijacked this thread.
Please, listen to everyone who is replying and go away.
