4 starters, including the superstar goalie and 2 fastest players.

The count is likely up to 6-7 starters (and 1-2 others, total 7-10) leaving the GPSNH BU14s now, including most of the defense. Players and parents are deserting after poor showing in regionals, attributed to poor coaching. Missing players will be replaced by bench players. No significant new talent. This team is done. Multiple coaches also leaving GPS-NH. Hear tell they haven't been getting paid! Latter just gossip, of course. In fact whole post gossip! Don't listen to a word!

So you really don't know, do you....two coaches have left, one going to college and one going home to England. Everyone int he club has know this for the last 3-4 months...thanks for you rumors.

As far as regionals, tough situation, losing a coach, but the same assistant coach was there so not sure what the deal was!

Allow me to explain myself better. I have a number of concerns about the club, but didn't want to voice them right away in order not to set too negative a tone. So I started with a positive comment. I truly am glad to have a local option for club soccer with professional coaching. However, there are a lot of things I see happening within the club that are of concern to me.
Once again, I am hoping to see if parents have a united voice in any way regarding club policies and direction. Your thoughts please?

Has the coach for the GPSNH Boys U15 NPL team been announced yet?

Seacoast finally released their DAP rosters. 4 of the GPSNH U14 players from last season moved to Seacoast DAP. The GPSNH goalie moved to the Revs DAP. Not sure of other roster moves/just rumors.

Also, at least one player from the GPSNH U13 team moved to Seacoast DAP as well.

Congrats to the former GPS players for making DAP teams. Best of luck this season!

The classic's team going into u14 had 3 elite field players, (seen them at last rtc). We're the players that left these boys?

I wouldn't know of anyone who has the time / energy to compile a list like this. Maybe you are a Seacoast coach / employee pumping up your club? Or a former GPS parent? Don't know, don't care. I do find it somewhat funny that a comment like this would be made. Like every year at every club there are those who leave. Out of those that leave, it is not uncommon for them to realize at the end of the year, that the move was not the best decision or that the grass is not always greener. Or, the commute time or the money spent wasn't worth it, etc.... And on the other hand, maybe it was the best decision they could have made and it worked out great. Point is, slightly funny that 2 weeks in, you seem to be gloating about how many players left one club to move to another. Time will tell here and it will be different for each player and family. And btw, I have had 4 kids at varying levels and at different clubs over the years... It's never perfect and typically the ones making the most noise about how awful this club is as compared to this club, etc... Will be the ones doing the exact same thing at the next club. Interestingly enough, they don't usually even realize that the only common denominator is themselves.

Another poster here but I think the poster originally quoted may have been getting at the fact that there does seem to be quite a few players who left Seacoast for other clubs. So, maybe wrong in your assumption that it was a Seacoast employee who wrote post.

I believe the posters point was that players move from club to club in the off season so don't get too caught up in the changes. Exactly the point you were making. Relax!
