So saw the scores from yesterday… have to ask when the last time Bow girls gave up 4 goals? I also saw how the teams like Pembroke, Bow, MV and Coe Brown all beat up on each other while H-B has a cake schedule. The NHIAA needs to fix that.

Bedford girls caught looking ahead to Exeter? Dropped a 1-0 game to Portsmouth, their 4th 1-0 game in their last 5 games against them including two semis. That had to have felt good for the Clippers.

I'm not a mom, a dad actually and my kid plays in DII girls at Laconia so we follow the standings. Just curious because Bow does not lose many let alone by 3 goals.

Its tough to predict the talent across the divisions from year to year. So please stop sounding like a victim, Betty. Life is not fair, your daughter needs to learn that and no one wants to listen to you.

              Chill….

Regarding NHIAA D2 girls soccer there was an article dropped in NESJ this week on Pelham’s Ashlyn Walsh. On Pelham’s run last year winning states she netted 39 goals as a junior. 26 as a sophomore and 6 as a freshman. Those are huge numbers, enough to get NESJ’s attention not easy to do from NH. The talent around her must be very different or she is injured this year. She’s committed to Fairfield the article says, a D1 program. The article reminded me of this thread recently on the girl from HB. Sounds like similar paths.

AW has always had promise and has some really impressive genetics.

How does have any affect on the HB girl? Time to stop referencing things this girl is not to make a point of what she is

Understand you haven't seen all the teams, but odd to put Exeter in front of Bedford after just losing to them 36 hours ago....

What does that mean? They won, so wouldn't that further the case? Did Exeter have any sick or injured players on Saturday (Don't know, I'm asking)

Understood, but most of the time if people haven't seen two teams play, and their records are the same, the default is to give the nod to the latest result. Otherwise, it just looks foolish.

Oh, wait, forgot where I was....

Portsmouth’s Annie Parker’s goal against Bedford to get them the win was a bar down beauty. I think Bedford out chanced them that game though, it could have gone either way. Exeter’s schedule only has them playing 2 of the top 5 teams for the season with only Timberlane left to challenge them. Only Bedford and Timberlane play 3 of the current top 5 teams, The other 3 top 5’s only play against 2. It should be a wide open battle for the girls D1 title, all the top 5 teams could win it. That’s rarely the case.

Looked that way last year, but in the end it was the two most likely who played out the final. The real battle comes down to the 3-4-5 place finishers as the path is drastically different depending on the seed.

My vote for the top team is BG. They will go as far as ML will carry them.
