the founders werent actively trading with China because they had to by law trade with thee UK (one of the reasons for the Revolution)
but they would not have been opposed to the freedom of one having a bank account in a country that we trade with- free enterprise was a staple for them

one is a crime (but the info was on financial disclosure records so the govt knew about these accounts

The Chinese bank account was not disclosed. Having lived/worked abroad and had to manage multiple work-related and personal foreign bank accounts I can attest the IRS is over that s**t like white on rice. Nondisclosure is a very serious offense.

What we need (and already have) is equal opportunity for all. You have free education (Elementary, Middle and HS) you have the opportunity to hit the books. earn yourself a scholarship and get a college education (if you want).

You also have the opportunity to start your own business (if you have a special knack for something, no education required) there is no law in the USA stopping you.

The moment you think you can take from others that "earned it" you will always have racism and/or classism.

That is all clearly true to any right-minded and thinking person. However, today's Democrats/socialists conflate result with opportunity. If there is no equality of result, there is no equality of opportunity. If one group gets lower test scores, the test must be unfair. If one group gets lower grades, the grading system must be unfair. They want to continue the trend during the last several decades of dumbing down standards. When confronted with the fact that some people work harder than others, BLM has said that notions of hard work being a virtue are grounded in the Puritan ethic and are therefore a racist "whitism" that should not be imposed on others. Translation: even if they chose not to work, they want the same result as those who work hard.

Some people generate tens of thousands times more economic value than others. Seems they deserve to earn tens of thousands times as much as those other people. Problem is you have lots of socialists uttering the buzz-phrase "equality" to steal from the more productive.

Not the poster and not a proponent of reparations. All my grandparents were immigrants so I know they didn't own slaves lol. As immigrants they faced their own struggles, yet as whites also had advantages purely because of their skin color. Writing checks won't solve society's ills.
