I don't think Obama or Clinton would have downplayed it they Trump has. They also would listen to the experts.

It is about leadership, being honest without causing panic, doing what is best for all not just to get re elected. I didn't vote for Obama but man his speech at Newtown had me in tears. Even GW after 9/11 did a solid job calming people down. Trump shoots himself in the foot every time he promises things that can't be delivered, spews lies that can be fact checked in real time. That's why the markets kept tanking every time he talks. Now the markets are relieved there's a bailout package, which really is about Congress doing its job.
