Most governors who want to get reelected won't open up their states unless local health experts tell them it's finally time. Trump can have a temper tantrum and hold his breath until he turns blue but it's not going to happen

AHHHH. Thanks for finally admitting that a vast majority of the power and therefore the responsibility lies at the LOCAL government level. Easy to take cheap shots at Trump but virtually all of the decision making power lies locally with governors.
