I can explain it. Politicians are known for exploiting tragedy, and no party has perfected this art more than Democrats. Democrats are the ambulance chasing lawyers of the political world. If something bad happens, there will be a Democrat there trying to use it to their advantage.

I can explain it. Politicians are known for exploiting tragedy, and no party has perfected this art more than Democrats. Democrats are the ambulance chasing lawyers of the political world. If something bad happens, there will be a Democrat there trying to use it to their advantage.

Democrats have been playing politics with the virus outbreak. No matter what Trump does or does not do, the Democrats are unhappy with him. At the beginning of the month, he halted all travel from China. Democrats were outraged by that. He tried to keep the American people calm and the Democrats accused him of not taking the threat seriously. Trump closed the southern border and the move is deemed "racist." Now they're saying Trump referred to the coronavirus as a "hoax" during in South Carolina rally, even though that's not what he said. What do Democrats expect Trump to do exactly? Name one current Democratic candidate for president who could have done better knowing full well they are of the party that bungled the Obamacare rollout and can't even count votes in the little state of Iowa.

Work on the SARS vaccine was halted because that strain of coronavirus went extinct while the vaccine was being developed and decisions were made to halt work. Had the SARS vaccine been completed, it would accelerate development of a vaccine for the COVID-19 which has is similar to SARS.

I think it’s pretty obvious that we need the “pandemic team” that Trump eliminated over at the CDC back.

Further, Fauci , who was scheduled on 5-6 sunday shows appears to be out and Pence is now appearing on three.

At a time like this we need to hear directly from scientists, not a politician running For re-election .

But I DO have a suggestion for the cons who don’t take this seriously. Let’s look at a comment from Trump :

This applies to research on vaccines of all types as well as essentials like new antibiotics (which are getting close to a crisis on). It isn't sexy and it isn't profitable so without government support it won't be worked on. We can't rely on corporations. We need to fund research at universities, NIH, etc. Maybe some will finally freaking get it.

Covid 19 kills 2.5% of patients and requires as high as 10% hospitalizations. Those numbers are much, much worse than flu (average flu death rates about .4%). No one has any immunity to this while everyone has some flu immunity. Viruses can also quickly mutate. The 1918 flu started as mild then became much more deadly in a 2nd wave and killed young healthy adults the most. Yes there's some over reaction but this isn't like the flu. The world's interconnectivity, supply chains etc also is not what it was even 20 years ago.

They KNOW he’s a liar so when people smell his flopsweat as he frantically tries to assure them about things he doesn’t understand and wouldn’t handle correctly even if he did, so it intensifies the panic.

Well, testing kits that work are finally shipping from Trump’s CDC so THATS something . Meanwhile , in Korea anyone can get tested free at a drive - thru facility and in China anyone can be tested free without leaving their home.

When will Trump have something like that ready to roll out?
