The administration is blaming the the fake news press corps for, you know, reporting on disease statistics and facts, while Don Jr claims the Dems "want millions to die." Who is using Covid to flame partisanship?

Limbaugh says “Now, I want to tell you the truth about the coronavirus … I’m dead right on this. The coronavirus is the common cold, folks."
The CDC says "The virus causing coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is not that same as the coronaviruses that commonly circulate among humans and cause mild illness, like the common cold."
I wonder who’s right?

"The premature travel ban to and from China by the current administration is just an excuse to further his ongoing war against immigrants. There must be a check and balance on these regulations."
Since taken down. I wonder why.

"On the basis of a case definition requiring a diagnosis of pneumonia, the currently reported case fatality rate is approximately 2%.4 In another article in the Journal, Guan et al.5 report mortality of 1.4% among 1099 patients with laboratory-confirmed Covid-19; these patients had a wide spectrum of disease severity. If one assumes that the number of asymptomatic or minimally symptomatic cases is several times as high as the number of reported cases, the case fatality rate may be considerably less than 1%. This suggests that the overall clinical consequences of Covid-19 may ultimately be more akin to those of a severe seasonal influenza (which has a case fatality rate of approximately 0.1%) or a pandemic influenza (similar to those in 1957 and 1968) rather than a disease similar to SARS or MERS, which have had case fatality rates of 9 to 10% and 36%, respectively.2"

Five Reasons You Don't Need to Panic About the COVID-19 Coronavirus
1. The number of cases in China is already falling.
2. The vast majority of cases are mild, and the death rate is likely lower than reported.
3. Only one out of every 1,000 people in Hubei Province has contracted the coronavirus.
4. There have been no reported deaths in young children.
5. The world already survived another pandemic just ten years ago.

But you are on board with Limbaugh claiming it’s just the common cold? Did you take any science or math classes? Ever? Smh.

OK, we get it. They're words spoil your hope to take Trump down via the coronavirus and you can't admit the current COVID-19 is in fact a member of the same family of viruses as the common cold.
According to WHO: " Coronaviruses (CoV) are a large family of viruses that cause illness ranging from the common cold to more severe diseases such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS-CoV) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS-CoV). A novel coronavirus (nCoV) is a new strain that has not been previously identified in humans."
For those who can actually think for themselves and aren't suffering from TDS, will understand that what the NEJM is saying is COVID 19 is more like the common cold for the vast majority of people who will get it.
And if you actually read the Real Clear Science article, those most likely to die from the disease are older people (in China 80% of the deaths were elderly men) or those with compromised immune systems, but even then the NEJM does not believe the death rate will be as high as SARS or MERS.
As usual the Chick Little Lefties in their desire to take down Trump are blowing this up in the media.

“What are you trying to say? That the New England Journal of Medicine doesn't know the difference???l
I’m not trying to say ... I am saying ... you’re a dumbass who doesn’t even understand the stuff he copies/pastes.
If you were able to comprehend what you posted you would understand that NEJM said “more akin to those of a severe seasonal influenza”... not the common cold... as you are claiming they said. Go back and read what they said. You posted it. It’s right there in black and white.
And for those for whom it is not like a severe seasonal influenza? Well, it kills them.

Yes, it is worse than the flu: busting the coronavirus myths

No it's not. The NEJM makes that point pretty clear.
And the point Limbaugh is making, which obviously goes right over your thick head due to TDS, this is being blown up way beyond proportion. When was the last time even a severe flu season tanked the stock market?
