What did King Trump mean by this?

You know, the left plays a tougher game, it’s very funny. I actually think that the people on the right are tougher, but they don’t play it tougher. Okay? I can tell you I have the support of the police, the support of the military, the support of the Bikers for Trump–I have the tough people, but they don’t play it tough—until they go to a certain point, and then it would be very bad, very bad.

Life's too short to hate. I may disagree with tone, tenor, and target of many commentary today, but as much as many try, you can't make me hate you. I won't give in.

      Kudos Sock Puppet -

      I agree ....

And I have Never HATED on anyone in here. Even those who have threatened me directly. So rather than be gratuitously oppositional in THIS matter I’ll agree with you.

Maybe we are turning a corner ...the president deleted his tweet threading his political opponents with violence AFTER the news emerges that the shooter admired him as a symbol of white nationalism. Hope he’s getting it ....

        He deleted this today .

I guess when a terrorist gives you props in his manifesto , a tweet like that doesn’t play well.

America will not be great until DJT no longer speaks for us .

Can you go the step to see that you must withdraw your support for the man who has said the following :

How long until a terrorist like the NZ shooter, inspired by Trump , heads into a meeting of his “enemy” democrats and starts firing ?

Can you now see the danger of offering trump your soft support?

Did you notice the note a mar-a-lago member passed to him, pitching a deal, started with the salutation “King”

Apparently Donnie’s daddy Fred told him he was a “king.”

Amazing lack of self awareness in this one. The only time in recent memory when someone shot up the “opposition” was when the Bernie bro shot up the Republicans practicing baseball.

Stop the nonsense. This is the equivalent of blaming Son of Sams dog. Ridiculous.

Let's think now. Who else invoked that dog as an inspiration? No one.

Who else has thus far invoked Trump in relation to their terrorist activities? White supremacists? How many?

Robert Bowers - Tree of Life Shooter

Cesar Sayoc - Mail bomber who sent packages to those on Trump's hit list

New Zealand Shooter who call Trump a"symbol of renewed white identity."

You don't see a pattern here?

I'm sorry, it looks like I missed a lot of other Trump inspired hate crimes. My bad.

Chicago. That's the only answer you need to think about. That's where the killing fields of modern day America are. And Baltimore. The rising homicide rate in NYC. You don't see a pattern here ?

The scorecard keeping of hate crimes to justify positions is a bit ghoulish. Safe to say, hatred comes from all sides and even those advocating peace at times will hate the other just because they disagree.

Hate is hate, no matter where it comes from.

Yup. I guess that means Muslims are to blame for 49 of their number being murdered in cold bold.

One more thing - there is no left wing violence like this so there is no “other side “

In the last decade, 73.3% of all domestic extremist-related killings have been perpetrated by right-wing extremists, compared to 23.4% perpetrated by terrorists motivated by Salafi-jihadism and 3.2% by left-wing extremism.
                        Re-upping this piece.
Nothing can be done until those like “Sock Puppet” grips the wheel and realizes “both sides” aren’t responsible ....

Alternatively , perhaps he appeared (as usual) when the “usual” board con just couldn’t stand in any more

Perhaps fhat was an insincere platitude , setting up the “both sides “ trope

Readers will have to decide for themselves

When it’s 73% of incidents “right wing “ vs 3% “left wing” it is clear that there is something different about right wing extremism be left wing extremism

Your position works against understanding how to get to root causes

Thanks in advance for being specific as the post you responded to named names

Wow . Those numbers say 3x more domestic terrorism comes from right wing than radical Islam ....

                              Wow.

Maybe we need to erect some “walls” around the right wingers ?

The shooter also singled out Candace Owens for helping him get to his belief in violence .

                                Dear Sock Puppet,

Both sides? Did the NZ shooter single out an inspiration on the left ? Thanks in advance for taking this on.

                                Respectfully ,

                                Tman

Candace Owens (born April 29, 1989)[1] is an American conservative[2][3][4] commentator and political activist. She is known for her pro-Trump stance and her criticism of Black Lives Matter and of the Democratic Party.[5][6][7] She is the Director of Communications at the conservative advocacy group Turning Point USA.
                                Hope that helps
