Again if you want us to believe the FBI “cleared” Carter page please point to an official statement from them to that effect.

Now the con cites a NY Times article

    “I don’t like polls until I do”
“The Ny Times isn’t always correct until I say it is “

    Funny ....and weak
Solid stuff. Two investigations, 4 FISA warrants and no charges.
Those are the facts, so spin along your merry Way .
The only thing " weak " is the House of cards of " Russian Hysteria " affecting loony Dems for the past year, all because she lost.
No evidence, failed FISA warrants, and the MSM keeps the drums beating for Dems.

“If Papadopoulos was such a major figure, you had nothing on him, you know, the guy lied,” Nunes told “Fox & Friends.” “As far as we can tell, Papadopoulos never even knew who — never even had met with the president.”
Papadopoulos, a former foreign policy adviser to the Trump campaign, is included in a photo that shows then-candidate Trump and then-Sen. Jeff Sessions(R-Ala.) sitting at opposite heads of a table.

Nunes’s comment comes after the House Intelligence Committee last week released a controversial memo that accuses the Justice Department of abusing its surveillance powers. That memo names Papadopoulos, who pleaded guilty last year to lying to the FBI, as the individual who “triggered” the FBI’s opening of a counterintelligence probe in July of 2016.

“Look, getting drunk in London and talking to diplomats, saying that you don’t like Hillary Clinton

        — I think it’s kind of scary that our intelligence agencies would take that and use it against [an] American citizen,” Nunes added during his interview with “Fox & Friends.”

Bore-us was 24/7 all about the Nunes memo. He was soooo excited.

But since the Nunes memo was an epic faceplant he’s now all about the Horowitz memo. Or is it report? Report sounds so much more official. And when that is a nothingburger he will be all about something else. Whatever Hannity has latched onto.

I watched the Chis Hayes interview and Page was just a grinning imbecile. Nunes is a little smarter than Page, but not much. And Trump has hitched his wagon to these clowns. Lol. Yeehawww!

All Democrat BS and dopes like you believe them.

I hope they do issue their own memo. I'm betting they don't

The report I'm really looking forward to is that of Michael Horowitz. How 'bout you TMan?
The liberal press, long opposed to prior restraint when it comes to publishing material on American intelligence, is howling about the release of the Intelligence Committee memo. They’re suddenly concerned, we’re supposed to believe, about damage to national security and the institutional well-being of the FBI. Democrats and their media allies, notes Roger Simon, have pushed themselves into a corner. They can’t decide whether the best approach is to insist that the memo is a “nothing-burger” or a mortal danger to the country.

" I think the American people are owed the truth " Right Nancy, then, but not now.

WASHINGTON — More Democrats are calling for FBI Director James Comey’s resignation after a closed-door briefing on the intelligence community’s Russian hacking report Friday, during which members say Comey stonewalled them about whether the FBI is investigating alleged links between President-elect Donald Trump and the Russian government.

Democrats accused Comey of being “inconsistent” for refusing to confirm or deny whether the FBI was investigating alleged links between Trump and the Kremlin, despite his willingness to frequently update Congress on the status of the FBI’s investigation into Hillary Clinton’s private email server.

They described the exchange with Comey as “contentious” and even “combative,” while leaders accused him of using a double standard.

“One standard was applied to the Russians and another standard applied to Hillary Clinton,” said House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., who one member described as “just outraged” at Comey’s resistance to questions. Pelosi “really let Comey have it” during the meeting, the member said.

Pelosi and other Democratic leaders excoriated Comey for his stubbornness, but stopped short of calling for his head – pressing the FBI director to take up an investigation into what “leverage” Russia might have over Trump, even as they questioned Comey’s integrity.

“I think the American people are owed the truth,” Pelosi said. “And for that reason, the FBI should let us know whether they’re doing that investigation or not.”

Some Democrats previously willing to give Comey the benefit of the doubt said that his performance during Friday’s briefing eviscerated their faith in his ability to lead the agency going forward.

Rep. Hank Johnson, D-Ga., said the “frustration” he and others felt “boiled down to Jim Comey.”

More irony. From Glenn Greenwald, The Intercept

The FBI’s Hunt for Two Missing Piglets

FBI AGENTS ARE devoting substantial resources to a multistate hunt for two baby piglets that the bureau believes are named Lucy and Ethel. The two piglets were removed over the summer from the Circle Four Farm in Utah by animal rights activists who had entered the Smithfield Foods-owned factory farm to film the brutal, torturous conditions in which the pigs are bred in order to be slaughtered.

Under normal circumstances, a large industrial farming company such as Smithfield Foods would never notice that two sick piglets of the millions it breeds and then slaughters were missing. Nor would they care: A sick and dying piglet has no commercial value to them.

Yet the rescue of these two particular piglets has literally become a federal case — by all appearances, a matter of great importance to the Department of Justice. On the last day of August, a six-car armada of FBI agents in bulletproof vests, armed with search warrants, descended upon two small shelters for abandoned farm animals: Ching Farm Rescue in Riverton, Utah, and Luvin Arms in Erie, Colorado.

The attachments to the search warrants specified that the FBI agents could take “DNA samples (blood, hair follicles or ear clippings) to be seized from swine with the following characteristics: I. Pink/white coloring; II. Docked tails; III. Approximately 5 to 9 months in age; IV. Any swine with a hole in right ear.”
