The term "collusion” became part of the legal lexicon when Congress passed the Sherman Antitrust Act in 1890 outlawing collusion in some business practices. But collusion is only criminal in an antitrust setting and has nothing whatsoever to do with elections.

Despite the left's attempt to assert political control by denigrating and vilifying via the liberal media any request for information from Epshteyn is quite simply that. It does not necessarily imply there is any evidence that he committed a crime. If the feds had such evidence, he would have received a “target letter” as Justice Department rules require.
