No law defining which bathrooms you get to use was ever needed. Transgenders were using the bathrooms of their choice with basically no incidents forever. It's when Democrats decided to step in and "fix" that which didn't need fixin' that problems arose.

I will qualify my own comment with this, however. Schools are a little bit different because we aren't just speaking to bathrooms. We have to include locker rooms and showers. But having said that, who is best to address the solution to a problem that affects an extremely small percentage of students? Bureaucrats in Washington, or the school administrators who know the situation as it applies to their individual students?

That 20 million is filled with a cross section of Americans, no group to point to and SAVE, so Progressives aren't interested.

Beyond that, 30 years ago, 57 % of young adults age 30 made more money than their parents did when they were thirty. Today that statistic is 45 % . That is a large percentage of that 20 million who are off the statistics counted. . These are some of the consequences of Liberalism.

That is likely correct. When the Pro Illegal Immigrant crowd pushes for amnesty, wants the 11 million of them to stay because they " do the jobs other Americans will not do" , they completely ignore this group. Cheap labor costs only exist if there is an abundance of people who will work for low wages.

If you were able to kick the Illegals back to where they came from, put the jobs out there with wages that will attract people from the forgotten group , than you have a chance at solving the problem. If Employers will not pay the wages needed by the work force, because of shareholder and profit pressures , let them fold their tents. Eventually the wage market will adjust accordingly. As long as there are all these Illegals willing to work for less , wages can't increase. They will stay in the basement.
