It happens to be the smartest move. It will end up in the Supreme Court , and will take time. A tie sends it back. He could ask for a full sit down of the Circuit Judges, but again, too many Political possibilities with their decisions.

So rewrite it, cover the bases, and achieve what is needed to keep the county safe. You do understand that since the EO was stopped by the Court, the amount of people coming in from 5 of those 7 named countries has increased dramatically. So when we heard from the Progressive Dems that the EO would embolden the enemy and we now can see that their pressure and Legal Action has increased the potential for the terrorists to enter the country , that they are a very dangerous lot.
