Polls had the race close Clinton had 1-3 % lead in national polls.
She won by 2%.
Polls were accurate so start worrying. Approval in 30's. Face it you HAVE to deny you that not admit that it's historically the weakest president in memory at the start
Historically weak
Lost popular vote = no mandate
Cloud of suspicion about legitimacy.
Now I know you are excited anyway so go ahead govern but try to do well. That's a lot of baggage to swim against. Better not screw up.
October 23rd CNN reports Clinton was winning by double digits. Look it up.
Stop lying. The Electoral college polls had her at 90% to win. Silver, had her slightly below. The polls were completely inaccurate. This is just another weak attempt to validate the message that the popular vote matters. It simply doesn't.
You can bloviate about your "mandate" all day, yet the fact remains that all factions of our federal government are controlled by one party. All this posturing by the Dems is simply for show. They are like and old toothless dog who is lazily barking from the porch. Harmless and sad.
You don't know the difference between a poll and a predictive model? Nate Silver does t run a poll.
Boris you aren't that stupid. You just like to muddy the waters
The real clear politics finall POLL average had Clinton up 3.2 and she won by 2.1 well within margin of error.
Silver did not get to include variables for Putin's and comey in predictive model
But again this shows POLLS were accurate and therefore accurately reflect president nose dives current status
VLad's little butt wipe , and Boris is certainly that, is in a high state of excitement today.
That's because as we all know this is peak trump day. His support, around 37% (and you know what, trump spent a lot of time on polls when he was ahead so sue me lol) is as high as it will ever be. All downhill from now we'll it's been downhill SINCE nov 8
BTW Russians are already here . 4000 of you 400 lb hacker *******s according to reports
Ya, and so aren't the Chinese, the Iranians, and the whacky left wingers. And what did Obama do about it? Nada.
She "lost" because she won the popular vote by a significant margin but trump pulled an electoral college inside straight with the help of vlad and comey.
That isn't a mandate.
We will see.
But here's a little confession. I was worried about 2018 with hilllary in office. Not so much anymore. A historically unpopular president is taking office.
Better turn it around . 2018 coming
TeeHeeMan, she lost the popular vote twice. We're you whining about it in 2008? You keep dodging that question.
And btw, another mistake you and other libs made was to predict Trump's misbehavior would affect Republicans down the ballot. It didn't and Dems are left even weaker as their leadership ages out and there is no one on the bench to replace them. They had a pretty good candidate in the former of Ohio ' s Ryan, but they blew it. Raising money is more important to Democrats than is raising future party leaders. G
You mean a Congressman who lives in the Liberal Bubble? That wouldn't happen to be John Lewis, the guy that seems a penchant for not showing up when Republicans win, would it? The guy who seems to have forgotten to pay his DC property taxes?
Oh it is deeper than that. much deeper. Lewis and the other 68 or so Dems not attending...could it be deep down that they fear, deeply fear, that Trump will be successful? That Trump may actually do something for the minority community that the Democrats have paid lip service to, took their votes and left them high and dry? That Trump policies may lift the unemployment rate for minorities, and in the case o f minority teens has drastically increased under Obama ?
If Trump is successful , how will the Dems be able to get any more votes from the minorities ? Could that be at the root of it all ? The final nail in the coffin of Democrats?
One of TeeHeeMan's favorite topics - impeachment. And he's in good company.
Chris Matthews: “If there’s some sort of — as you call it — collusion then what? Does that make Trump subject to impeachment? Just generally, tell me what you mean by the term.”
Maxine Waters: “Well, here’s what I’m trying to get to. If we discover that Donald Trump or his advocates played a role to help provide strategy — if they’re the ones who came up with ‘Crooked Hillary,’ if they’re the ones who came up with, ‘She’s ill, something’s wrong with her energy,’ and the way that he basically described her during the campaign — I think that is something that would put the question squarely on the table whether or not he should be impeached.”
Boris already melting down when appreciating reality
On the last full day of the Obama presidency and on the eve of President-Elect Trump's inauguration, let's look at where the new President starts in the public's estimation. The answer is, Trump is really unpopular and has gotten more unpopular as the transition has gone on.
These are dramatically lower numbers than any president in modern polling history. For benchmarks, CNN had Obama at 84% approval, Clinton 67% and Bush at 61% at inauguration. The best comparison here is probably to Bush who lost the popular vote and won in a highly controversial way. Much of what would have been the transition period was eaten up by the recount. Even here, Bush is 20 points higher than Trump.
We all understand why nutter Boris MUST claims a broad conspiracy to fix polls - because to accept them as ACCURATE immediately validates the crisis in front of us.
