What is it costing the American taxpayer to keep 38,000 Armed forces in South Korea ?
South Korean companies are making money building products for US consumers to buy. Taxpayers are funding their protection.
But right away, the Progressives were screaming that NATO would be dissolved. No, maybe just send them a bill once in a while.

Do we really need a new Air Force One at that cost? A plane that can fly and communicate through a nuclear war. What good is that? If nukes are dropped on this country and the only safe place is at 40,000 feet, it won't matter what happens to the President. It's good to have a contingency plan, but a $4 billion plane is out of control.

Al Gore, yes AL GORE , spotted at Trump Tower in NYC. He took the elevator upstairs with Ivanka and met with the President Elect.
Wonder if that will be in the New York Times?

You must be a public sector guy. This is how it works.
Company negotiates a deal to stay.
Employees do not lose jobs.
Company continues to pay taxes.
Employees continue to pay taxes.
Company buys from local companies.
Local companies do not let employees go.
All employees of both companies have money, because they are working and they spend money. etc. etc. etc.

That's what groper-in-chief lifted for Carrier. So don't worry so much about "un"regulated products entering the American marketplace (they are subject to regulation) ... Now Carrier can make their air conditioners with mercury. Wonder if every appointed groper-in-chief official will have mercury filled air conditioners at the pentagon? That would make an apt retiring of the party.

The Chinese would allow anthrax to be added to their products if it made the process cheaper and more profitable. The US market, as a consumer, supports these practices with their purchases of foreign made, cheaper goods.
Are you suggesting that Trump is going to rescind all manufacturing regulations, even those that control the use of elements known to be extremely harmful, such as lead and mercury? He and Carrier might run into some resistance on that and probably a few thousand law suits.
