Cujo, you keep underlining the point as to how really close minded you libs are.
Because god forbid you hear both sides of a discussion and then use your own innate intelligence to draw conclusions. I don't need anybody to think for me. NPR gives equal time to Repubs and Dems. Their interviews are in depth and are not merely a 30 second sound bite to set up a series of commercials trying to sell you some crap you don't need.

The problem with nutters is that they are so utterly convinced of their own godly righteousness underpinned by a maudlin nostalgia for the good ol' days (which never existed) except as a creation of revisionist historians.

If you are using TV as a basis to form your world view I feel bad for you. You are being manipulated. Books, for example, written by people who did good research via credible sources - are even better. Shut the TV and try reading. You'd be surprised what it does for you. And I don't mean the Bible....

        In Wisconsin last weekend?

Things got heated outside the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee on Sunday, where Fox News host Greta Van Susteren was holding a town hall with Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump.

As many as 100 people showed up to protest outside the venue, including one man who gave an interview to Infowars.com while standing on the American flag

“F*** this flag, f*** this country,” the man says in the video.”This red white and blue, this s*** is the new swastika.” But moments later, the man standing on the flag is confronted by another man trying to get him to pick the flag up off the ground.

This perfectly sums up your attitude - just own your hatred and admit it!

This has to be the dumbest comment on this thread. It may well have been true in the early 1930s but since probably 2 generations of people have had their money extorted from them to fund these programs with the promise of receiving the benefits back, you certainly can be economically conservative and support these programs. Multi-generational welfare not so much.
Opposition to Social Security puts you into the far right 1% nut zone. Or as otherwise described. STUPID.

Yep. The points here can be quickly demonstrated. Ask a nutter what the
Marginal tax rates were when America was great in the 50s and 60s and point
Out that only thing standing between us and same is getting the 0.01% to pay
            Like they did back then.

It isn't Conservatives that prevent Liberal speakers from appearing at certain Colleges and Universities. It isn't conservatives who by planning and design target an opponents rally for disruption and criminal and near criminal behavior.

As you have stated,, you watch little TV, so you are unqualified to offer an opinion on the content. It just so happens that many TV news sources do, on a regular basis , present both sides. The percentages as related to " equal time" may not appear fair, but fair is an elusive concept.

The problem is that Progressives, or Liberals really don't understand what is important to Conservatives. Progressives mostly concentrate on a few core issues , and never entertain compromise from conservative input. The ACA was a prime example. The Progressives strive to point to the Conservatives as obstructionists , and use sometimes silly accusations of race, wealth, bigotry , etc. to state their case . These are diversions as they refuse to examine why their policies are not palatable.

And how you can dismiss the number one selling book of all time is beyond belief. That you would only consider certain books, apparently by your opinion I'm sure , as unbiased carved in stone testaments to all that is right is alarming. " Good research ". That's pretty funny. Who is to judge what " good research is " ? Oh, I get it, a Progressive.

So silly. Blame the .01 % again and again. Foolish. Compare the average life in the 50's and 60's to today. If it wasn't for all those " greedy " .o1 % ers , the average " poor " family" in America would not have a wide screen TV, Cable or dish. microwaves, cell phones, efficient appliances , AC on and on and on. And the average, or even wealthy family in the 50's or 60's rarely had any of it either .

In addition, all those greedy .01 % and greedy Corporations , are contributors to the investment gains by millions and millions of Americans who are retired , or will retire.

But I get it, youw ant us to live like in Cuba, with the greatest Health Care in the world, but the average person can only earn $ 25.00 a month at their job.

I see your in agreement with the protesters sentiments - thanks for confirming in a round about way. Just own it - you hate this country and virtually its entire history. Where it happened is irrelevant to the sentiments expressed.

Not so fast. What certainly is the case is that in specific instances, Conservative speakers, when announced , where met with outrage from some Administration and students, either cancelling or presenting the speaker with the decision to withdraw.

                          That's much different from a " non invite "
