While I took precautions (washed hands a lot more, avoided close contact, washed countertops/desks more often), I in no way limited my activities otherwise. Should I have? Likely. Is that Trump's fault? Is that anyone's fault? No. Mine, and mine alone.

Truthfully, nobody in the world realizes the seriousness the first time you hear about it. Otherwise, you'd have people yelling "PANDEMIC!!" at every sniffle. None of them came to fruition for good reason. Ask the right question ....compare how long it took CDC to generate a competent test kit to distribute with :

1) how long it took them for H1N1, SARS etc
2) how long it took China , Singapore , Korea , WHO , and Germany to generate their own this time.
