Today’s news has me feeling like Trump is a career criminal willing to use any means necessary to avoid justice.

I long for the days when we worries about whether President wore correct color suit, put his feet on desk, or offended a political class with their mustard choice

TV Ratings: 'Roseanne' Revival Skyrockets With Stunning Premiere

      https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/li...emiere-1097943

The first two episodes of Roseanne, a full hour at the top of the ABC lineup, won the night by both adults 18-49 and total viewers. The show averaged a 5.1 rating in the key demo and 18.1 million viewers, rising from the first half hour to the next. The first number alone is enough to make Roseanne the highest-rated regularly scheduled scripted show of the last few seasons, since Empire at its peak, as well as the highest-rated sitcom broadcast in over three years.

That's an incredibly strong start for the sitcom, thus far only committed to nine episodes. The easiest comparison is another revival, NBC's Will & Grace. The other reboot, one that helped jump-start Roseanne and the current trend, premiered with a 3.0 rating in the key demo and just over 10 million viewers at the start of the season.

In case you are unaware, Roseanne Barr is a Trump supporter and her show will reflect that.
That all the knuckle dragging cons feel besieged and need to collect somewhere ?

1/3 trump voters watched ...wow !!

I wonder what THIS means though
Top investigator for Ken Starr, on new Manafort filing:

“At a minimum that says something about his willingness to work w/ people with ties to Russian intelligence. That raises Q of whether Manafort was a conduit of Russian influence on the campaign."
Trump’s campaign manager Kiev’s office was run for a decade by a guy with Russian military intelligence

      Tee hee
      Bwa ha ha

Cons please keep taking heart about the ratings of a TV show ....please

I wouldnt read any more into it other than it was a very popular show and people were curious to see the old crew and what the new shown would be like. If it isn't a good show it doesn't matter what the politics are. I used to enjoy the show back when but didn't think it was very good. Then again most network TV isn't very good.

Judge ruled today that lawsuits by D.C. and Maryland can proceed regarding Trump's hotel and emmoluments violations. Lawyers may be able to subpoena hotel records to see exactly how much money has been made from foreign governments

Each day, 19 children in the United States are either killed or injured by a firearm.

That's nearly 6,000 wounded and 1,300 killed each year, making guns the third leading cause of death of those ages 1 to 17, outpaced only by unintentional injuries such as car crashes and drownings and illnesses like cancer.

More than half of these deaths are homicides, but a growing number — nearly 40% — occur because of suicide, which among young people is often an impulsive act with 10 minutes or less of deliberation.

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, in the most comprehensive study of firearm injuries and deaths among children, found that from 2007 to 2014, there was a 60% increase in kids aged 10 to 17 committing suicide with a firearm. Meanwhile, accidental shootings and homicides have seen declines.

This is why "means matter," when it comes to youth suicide, experts argue. Put simply, the methods available for young people to kill themselves play a factor in whether they'll die, be injured or live.

Denise Dowd, a professor of pediatrics and emergency room doctor at Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri, explains thoughts of suicide are fleeting in children. It tends to pass through their mind quickly, meaning the availability of a gun could make the difference.

"If you can buy time, people will pass through it," she said. "It's access. They're impulsive."

She said the safest home, "is a home without guns." If you do have guns, she added, make sure they're locked up.

Perhaps you ought to read more into it. The comparison between the anit-Trump remake of Will in Grace is telling.

Liberal media coverage by the "I hate Trump" folk creates a distorted picture of what’s actually going on.

                      Nobody cares.

Trump didn’t exactly run on family values given his multiple failed marriages and no one should be shocked (except libs, I guess) Trump hasn’t been faithful as a result.

If you mean that fewer people watch network television and those viewers tend to be older, in other words more likely to be Trumpies? You're reading waaaaaay too much into one episode of one show.

Let's see how Roseanne does. One episode doesn't mean a thing. Networks don't give shows many chances these days.

What was FBI covering up this time?

The FBI possesses a secret report asserting that Vladimir Putin’s former media czar was beaten to death by hired thugs in Washington, DC — directly contradicting the US government’s official finding that Mikhail Lesin died by accident.

The report, according to four sources who have read all or parts of it, was written by the former British intelligence agent Christopher Steele, who also wrote the famous dossier alleging that Russia had been “cultivating, supporting and assisting” Donald Trump. The bureau received his report while it was helping the Washington, DC, Metropolitan Police Department investigate the Russian media baron’s death, the sources said.

Lesin’s corpse was found in a Washington, DC, hotel room on the morning of Nov. 5, 2015. The coroner determined that he had died from blunt force injuries to the head and had also sustained blunt force injuries to his neck, torso, upper extremities, and lower extremities. After an 11-month investigation, a federal prosecutor announced in late 2016 that Lesin died alone in his room due to a series of drunken falls “after days of excessive consumption of alcohol.” His death was ruled an “accident,” with the coroner adding acute alcohol intoxication as a contributing cause of death, and prosecutors closed the case.

And guess whose watch this was one?
