Anyway, it’s enjoyable watching you post poll after poll that shows Trump deep in the red. Lol.

    Anyway
    Here's a poll you probably won't like TMan/Not-A-Lib because I'm betting you'd be among the 21%.

Majority in new poll: 'Deep state' is manipulating policy

    http://thehill.com/blogs/blog-briefi...ulating-policy

A majority of Americans believes a faction of unelected officials is orchestrating policy in Washington, D.C., according to a new poll.

The Monmouth University Polling Institute found that 74 percent of respondents believe in a “deep state” when it is described as a collection of unelected officials running policy. Twenty-one percent said they do not believe this kind of group exists.

Thirty-one percent of Republicans and 33 percent of independents say they believe a deep state “definitely exists,” while (only) 19 percent of Democrats believe this.

“We usually expect opinions on the operation of government to shift depending on which party is in charge,” Monmouth University Polling Institute Director Patrick Murray said in a statement. “But there’s an ominous feeling by Democrats and Republicans alike that a ‘Deep State’ of unelected operatives are pulling the levers of power.”

What’s genius for Obama is scandal when it comes to Trump
      http://thehill.com/opinion/technolog...comes-to-trump

As soon as Facebook realized that Cambridge Analytica had pursued a similar strategy (as Obama), they suspended the firm.

Again, this isn’t surprising. Since Trump’s election, Democrats — in search of a rationale for their favored candidate’s defeat — have blamed a bevy of social media outlets. Senate Democrats trotted out pathetic Russian-created memes on Facebook, viewed by a handful of human beings, as an excuse for Hillary’s loss; Democrats claimed — without evidence — that “fake news” had swamped Facebook and thus led to Trump’s victory. Democrats have also insisted that Facebook be regulated. Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) raged, “You’ve created these platforms, and now they’re being misused, and you have to be the ones to do something about it. Or we will.” Facebook’s former privacy manager called for the government to step into an oversight role regarding Facebook.

You can SMELL the fear among the cons ....

        Here’s why-

Did Obama conspire to run a PsyOp that convinces Americans to distrust their own intel and law enforcement? No? Because that is even beyond mere espionage. It’s full TREASON.

        Treason.

We still have the death penalty for that, don’t we?

USA has always known how to handle traitors .

Are you sure that was Cambridge Analytica and not GPS Fusion?

Interesting that NBC doesn't give it a date of the video, isn't it? I'm betting the "hidden video" was produced after GPS Fusion was exposed and what you see is banter based on that.

Hey libs, how about explaining this?

Instead of using a personality quiz, the Obama campaign merely got a portion of its core supporters to use their Facebook profiles to log into a campaign site. Then they used well-tested techniques of gaining consent from that user to harvest all their friends’ data. Sasha Issenberg gushed about how the Obama campaign used the same permissions structure of Facebook to extract the data of scores of millions of Facebook users who were unaware of what was happening to them. Combining Facebook data with other sources such as voter-registration roles, Issenberg wrote, generated “a new political currency that predicted the behavior of individual humans. The campaign didn’t just know who you were; it knew exactly how it could turn you into the type of person it wanted you to be.”

The level of data sophistication was so intense that Issenberg could describe it this way:

Obama’s campaign began the election year confident it knew the name of every one of the 69,456,897 Americans whose votes had put him in the White House. They may have cast those votes by secret ballot, but Obama’s analysts could look at the Democrats’ vote totals in each precinct and identify the people most likely to have backed him. Pundits talked in the abstract about reassembling Obama’s 2008 coalition. But within the campaign, the goal was literal. They would reassemble the coalition, one by one, through personal contacts.

See even though I carefully set my permissions I just found a Cambridge Analytica app operating within my FB. I never gave consent .

Do you get it, knuckle dragger?

Grassley to us on whether there should be a hearing w Facebook and Zuckerberg. “All I can tell you is we're taking it under advisement. It's very serious what Facebook has done, and it violates privacy. We ought to be looking into it, but I can't promise a hearing at this point.”
              Why?

They have the WH, Senate, House

If it’s “serious” and “violates privacy” why is chuck saying he won’t protect us ?

This guy gets it unlike people like TMan and Not-A-Lib.

Liberal documentarian Michael Moore slammed heavy "corporate media" coverage devoted to "Russia, Russia, Russia, Russia" and adult-film actress Stormy Daniels on Monday, calling the stories “shiny keys to distract us."

WASHINGTON -- Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and other social media executives came under pressure from both sides of the political aisle Monday to testify in the Senate on how a political consulting firm gained access to the data of millions of Facebook users during the 2016 presidential campaign.

Sens. John Kennedy, R-La., and Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn., wrote to the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee demanding that top executives from Facebook, Twitter and Google be brought in for questioning about their efforts to police their own platforms for abuse and interference in U.S. elections.

Because it may be doubtful that a crime was committed.

Same for Obama. Did you actually read any of those articles? Or ya, I forgot, reading comprehension is not your think. Well try this. See if it makes it easier for you to understand.

[i]In 2012, the Obama campaign encouraged supporters to download an Obama 2012 Facebook app that, when activated, let the campaign collect Facebook data both on users and their friends.

According to a July 2012 MIT Technology Review article, when you installed the app, "it said it would grab information about my friends: their birth dates, locations, and 'likes.' "

The campaign boasted that more than a million people downloaded the app, which, given an average friend-list size of 190, means that as many as 190 million had at least some of their Facebook data vacuumed up by the Obama campaign — without their knowledge or consent.

"People don't trust campaigns. They don't even trust media organizations. Who do they trust? Their friends." - Teddy Goff, the Obama campaign's digital director

You can probably thank the Obama Dream Team of Harvard psychologists for that.

What "crime" do you think was committed TMan??? Really, give us your legal analysis. I'm sure you must know about the law than does the Chairman of the Judiciary Committee.
