These rust-belt voters are the ones to whom Democrats must ingratiate themselves in the 2018 midterm elections, but they still find themselves the victims of Clinton’s condescension. One got a year's worth of free rent and a new refrigerator. Another whose rent was set to increase to $3,750, continues to live there paying $2,350.
