Really??? Is this the best Mueller could come up with on Flynn?

For sure, according to TMan, I thought the charges would be high treason resulting in execution at noon on the steps of Capital Hill.

    Talk about bore us, TMan.
    Dear fool,

    Read the charges against Flynn.

    https://www.axios.com/read-the-charg...mpaign=organic

What is described there is exactly what is more euphemistically (big word I know but you know the google, yes?) referee to as “COLLUSION”

So Mueller has obtained a guilty plea on the single lightest charge he apparently could have ....but one that DOES carry a ten year prison sentence ......

I actually want you to disbelieve that Flynn has cut a deal and provided Mueller what he needs to get other fish. Will make it better for us when it all comes down

What he copped to is a clear Logan act violation for example ....could be charged . Could be charged on FARA, Turkey stuff

Donnie is soiling his Depends as we speak .

Libs are delusional. Just as in the Manafort case, if you bring charges against someone, it's 9 times out of 10 the strongest charges you've got.

Maybe Flynn will go to jail just like Martha Stewart who lied to the FBI.

But still no evidence of collusion.

These Trump lickspittles are Trump toadies forever and ever.

omg...Cons are just dense through and through. The big charges are held in reserve in case the subject decides to stop cooperating. Then you slap them with them. Read a book, or something.

No deflection. Just evidence of the liberal double standard and the corruption that existed in the Obama administration.

" collusion" isn't a crime. All they have is that he lied.

So when are you Cons going to quit bellyaching about all the injustice and actually DO something about it? You control the government.

I think treason is actually the more appropriate term instead of collusion.

                          United States Code at 18 U.S.C. § 2381 states:

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

                          The questions are:
Is Russia an enemy of the U.S.?
Did Flynn offer Russia 'aid and comfort'?

                            Is Dershowitz dense?

Harvard Law School professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz said he doesn't think this is a big deal.

"His lawyers are very smart. What they're doing is they're holding up Michael Flynn and saying, 'He can be bought or at least rented by either side,'" Dershowitz said. "If the president wants him, he can pardon him. If the president won't pardon him, he'll flip and become a prosecutional witness."

He said Flynn's credibility as a witness, however, is "worthless," because he's been accused of perjury and he's shown the willingness to make a deal with either side.

"He's a bought or rented witness. The only thing he can do is provide documentation or leads to the other side," Dershowitz said. "No good prosecutor would ever put him on the witness stand."

Flynn was facing a Justice Department investigation over his foreign business dealings even before Mueller was appointed as special counsel in May. Mueller has since inherited that investigation.

Oh, TMan doesn't have a law degree.

Dershowitz does, but TMan (and Louise Mensch and Bill Palmer) know more. At least that is what I'm sure TMan is about to tell us all.

Oh brother. From Day 1 Trump planned on cultivating the Russian relationship. He believed that to be part of the solution in the Middle East. Where have you been?

Will you please at least try to provide the forum with something meaningful.
