How come the club doesn't give them replica Juve jersey's? Even GPS had Bayern ones.

If you've asked questions and they haven't been replied to or the answers are vague...YOU HAVE YOUR ANSWER. They know the answers to your questions are not what you want to hear and fear you'll leave the club. So the strategy is to be vague or half answer and hopefully you just forget about it and don't ask anymore. Trust me, ALL clubs encourage their coaches to do it. It's the business of youth soccer.

This needs to change, anywhere else in the world, when you send an email or ask questions you get answers, especially if you are in a pay-to-play club. They only answer questions when it's time to pay after that you're completely ignored.

If a club, such as NEFC, fails to provide any answers...
Do what my son and family did... We left the Club and never looked back. He is in such a great spot now.

Just have to change the dynamic...

This is untrue - at least from my kid’s experience at the younger end of that age range. Kids that slack off/don’t get their hardest will definitely know it, but players who take practices seriously and work hard will hear that from him too.

Thanks, and not only has it been my family. Over the years, we have developed relationships with other families- and to the letter, all of us are receiving the same vague, ambiguous responses back. One parent even has an email response from MB stating that he could not answer the question because he has only been assigned to the region for a couple weeks? What is that tyoe of response supposed to ellcit from a oarent? If you don't know MB (for whatever reason) then FIND out the answer and respond back accordingly.

That is just not happeming, that is why this post has been done. Hopefully, our Metrowest Region staff will read this.

We sympathize. We had a very similar experience, but in a different region. We thought the other regions, particularly Metrowest, were better coordinated, but I guess we were wrong. NEFC's main priority is ECNL/DPL/MLS Next, and their regional teams in USYS/NECSL (NPL/NEP when we were there) are just cash cows for them. Just look at what they post in their social media and it's clear. The only time they communicate consistently is when they are looking for payments and donations. We moved on and are in a much better spot now. Some of the individual coaches are very good, but in the end, developing their Regional players aren't really their focus at all.

It's no different with most other clubs. Just look at Scorpions, Select, Juventus, etc. etc. social media accounts. Ever seen them post anything about a team in the lower divisions? All the same... it's a business.

No, Sorry... Just a parent, trust me, I have dealt with parking nightmares at Mendon when the 5:00 teams are leaving and the 6:30 teams are getting on.. I have been through the 1x weekly comnute to Marlboro Forekicks....

I have EARNED my stripes as an NEFC parent....
(Also, not just my viewpoints- the views of many paremts- there has been little to no communication by our Coaches or NEFC Staff... )

Yes MB can be an ASS but he will not feed your head falsely about your kid. Yeah it hurts (been there) but honesty will do that sometimes. He’s a great strategist in terms of team coaching. Won’t ever be accused of being passive when on the clock or on the sidelines. High expectation of the kids…yes! Honest with parents…mostly yes! Devoted to individual player development (depends if it will help with the W.I.N.!)
