2018 old coach, record 2-12-4
2019 new coach CC, record 1-13-1
2020 CC 2-9 (Covid year)
2021 CC 6-12
2022 new coach 5-10-3
CC used to coach at FSA and UHart before getting SH. Yeah, FSA.

TS parents have a problem differentiating between a soccer coach vs. real life. People make career and life decisions all the time that have nothing to do with wins and losses. Parents caught up in the reasons have no idea why a coach makes a change. Your lives sound mundane if all you want to do is speculate. That's corporate speak for "we canned her." Same with "to spend more time with family."
