Looks like there was movement both ways at one particular position

Three went from Blue to Scorpions. One would have been cut from Blue but two started most games. One went from scorpions starter to Blue starter.

it’s a preseason warmup and showcase. Everyone plays at least 50% at showcases so even the best teams are out there with their bench players. A so called “town team” at this age is most probably a team that’s been playing together for 5+ years and they are in the gold division for a reason. Scorpions parents are crazy that’s for sure but nothing wrong with a little optimism if your kid switched teams and at this category you skipped over CFC which are the current northeast champions for ecnl

7 new players for scorpions. It’s gonna take some time. Even so, beat Oakwood and Select so 7th place finish in ECNL New England team is better than 2 and 3 finishers in GA Northeast.

So unnecessary. All the girls who moved have bright futures and hopefully they crush it at Scorpions. All you should really care about at this point is your own daughters journey.

Well some things never ever change in the 2008's:

NEFC 5
SSS 0

NEFC continues its winning streak against SSS to 5 years and running. TBH if SSS's goalie did't make a few spectacular saves in the 1st half the score would have been even more lopsided.

Select will be just fine. Have you seen the rest of their division? Its the dregs of clubs. Seacoast Oakwood Empire United Long Island. Just terrible teams. They might only lose 2 games this spring/ both to NEFC and walk into the GA playoffs in Cali. and do some damage.

Imagine how much more success the top 10 MA teams would have at showcases and tournaments if they played each other frequently, instead of wasting time and learning bad habits beating the weak teams in all of the NE leagues.
