I am not list dad but here is the top 5 for U-14. I'm sure list dad will chime in, but this seems pretty easy and straightforward :
1. Stars Blue
2. Surf New England
3. Aztecs
4. Scorpions
5. NEFC GA
These are clearly the top 5 teams.

Setting the embarassingly weak trolling aside for a minute, how can Stars ECNL absorb more than a small number of players? Or is this like management consulting, where they chew up recruits and spit them out at a huge pace?
And what happens to the players that get pushed out?

Stars Blue 07 cut 13 or 14 players going into this season. Some were offered spots on White, some were dropped to ECNLR, some left the club. That was an anomaly, but 3-4 cuts per year on any ECNL team is pretty normal.

Actual cuts vs leaving on their own. Most get the message and leave on their own. They're rarely ever cut. This isn't a Stars thing but everywhere. Word that players are actually "cut" can create ill will with remaining families.
