You want the poster to slam a club that they are with?

Different poster but parents aren't on here slamming clubs they're not with. They not only dont know what happens elsewhere but don't care. It's clubs and employees slamming their competitors. Club on club violence ramps up this time of year.

Parents need to learn 1) their kids aren't as good as they think 2) you have to do what's best for your kid, not what happens to others 3) clubs don't appreciate being told what to do

Which is an appropriate move at that age. If the two younger players are impact players they should remain. That's why you play kids up. It isn't because they're top players on their age appropriate teams - it's because they can make the older team better. Next year they re-evlauate and see if it's still appropriate.

Nope. That isn’t how it works at all. Just about anyone would benefit playing up. Practice with and play against older or stronger players you will likely learn at a faster rate. Coaches and clubs craft the strongest teams with the available talent. What's best for any individual player isn't a priority for them.

Yeah...no. That's not happening. Also with club politics and whiny parents it has to be very clear that a younger players belongs on that team. Otherwise everyone starts whining for their kid to move up.

Il sure all 4 09’s are going to stay on the 08’s. All of a sudden they are good with moving down. Blue 09 is a very average team and 2 girls wont make a difference. All 4 are staying with 08’s. Good try though!

Players should be placed where it's appropriate for the player. If that is playing up, then so be it. If players are moved up age groups to make a team stronger, then the club isn't really focused on player development, despite what they may say.
