It is VERY important for your Facebook post or your ability to come on here and talk about how your kid is way better than other kids because they are on the "best" team. Ironically, I'm pretty sure the parents that post on here aren't the ones whose kids are primarily responsible for making their team the "best".

    It's all pretty ridiculous.

Which poster said this? I can't find any. The list that was put out there, from someone who may or may not have been a stars blue parent, was an attempt to rank top teams in MA (+NH and RI). Was that confusing to you?

so for me it was the stars blue parents that got over south shore select and NEFC GA last week about telling us that south shore select wasn't that good and that technical and having other blue parents follow along. If you look at the tone of the posts it was like we are the best team in Mass. and everyone else stinks. Typical ECNL parents crapping on GA obviously.

Ummm... have you read posts on this site before? It will only get worse. Your cute little 2008 thread has already called out 2 specific kids in just a few pages. If you’re getting upset about a “my kid’s team is better” post, you might want to find a new website to visit. Read through the 2007 thread. There are awful parents at every club. Every. Single. One.

Eff that, and eff them. Don’t act like it’s Ok. It’s not.

There’s a reason it’s called 5hitposting. You have to be nothing more than a turd to post that stuff.

Never said it’s ok. But this is basically what TS is. If you want to come on here and shout at the wind, have at it. Or you could avoid things that upset you this much.

Generally speaking why would any player travel from the Hartford area to play for a team so far away? What's that, a 2.5-3 hour drive each way? I can understand wanting to be A Star, I mean who doesn't dream of that? CFC is a good alternative and a much shorter ride. To each his own I guess.

Did select play NEFC this week end?

Yes. NEFC won 2-1. Could have easily been 3 or 4 - 1. NEFC controlled the game fairly easily. Select didnt have many chances at all.
