I know of a public school that sent 200+ kids to Italy for President's Week on a pre-planned trip and did not shorten it by a single day, even as neighboring towns were instituting quarantines. 2 of the kids went to soccer practice immediately upon their return, neither got tested BUT both had MULTIPLE family members that came down with it.

Are you high? Sweden normally has 90,000 deaths per year; that’s 7,500 per month. Their outbreak started a little before ours so let’s say from mid-March to April 30 they would have 10,000 deaths under normal circumstances. Instead that had an additional 2,500 deaths, which is a 25% which is pretty f*ckin significant for such a small country!

And where do you get near zero death rate for 50 and under?! Are double digit %’s are “near zero” with your bad math?

Per the CDC website you reference:

“Data shown on this page may be incomplete and will likely not include all deaths that occurred during a given time period, especially for the more recent time periods. Data on this page are revised weekly and may increase or decrease as new and updated death certificate data are received from the states by NCHS.”

It says the data is thru May 1, but reflects 37K Covid deaths when the official count is over 60k. The CDC website data is clearly missing weeks of data. Maybe it’s accurate thru early April when testing was very poor and corpses routinely weren’t being tested since there weren’t enough tests available, even for the living. And you wouldn’t compare deaths to the entire population; you would compare it to positive tests or total deaths from all caused in that age range.

The White House put out a detailed, phased opening up plan, with clear guidelines of what has to happen before each phase of opening up. Most governors including “, all the dems,are not only following Trumps guidelines but are opening up sooner than what his guidelines demand. The flu kills people every year-we know that.
But covid shows up and causes 1036 NEW DEATHS at this age and 68,000k NEW DEATHS as well.
Those 70,000 would not have died without covid.
Total deaths will surpass 100,000.
And flu is seasonal. And it doesn’t prevent me from visiting my mom Or kill her wantonly.

Seems there deaths are only slightyl higher per population than USA? Correct? They have benefited from more spread imunity and keeping there economy intact. Swedens seems like they are happy and fine with there path. The USA got this way wrong and are refusing to adjust to reality.

Please post scientific article that COVID19 isn’t seasonal. Dr. Fauci and others have said they fear that it could end up be seasonal. I would like to read your source. And I agree this is nothing like the flu. Flu doesn’t cause this number of admissions, ventilator use or deaths. Flu causes roughly 12,000 deaths per year. The CDC then multiplied by 6 for estimated deaths per year. Even if there’s no multiplication factor for COVID19 (unlikely) we have surpassed the 12,000 flu deaths annually in 5 days. Thank you.
