The purpose of GDA is to find the diamonds in the rough for the full National team. That has always been their goal. US Soccer has just recently told the world that they are going to fight the US Women's team on their hope for equal pay. https://www.yahoo.com/sports/us-socc...060521786.html

Let’s just take that in. A Month before you want these women to go out and prove to the World that US Women’s soccer is the best, you tell them you’re still not good enough for equal pay. Not what I want my daughter thinking. No way she would ever play in a league who does not value women

Would be very funny if the women walked the week before the WC. The amount of revenue loss of last year's WC absence and this year would really hurt USSF a ton. While the women certainly generate far less revenue than the men in most years, they have carried USSF for the past 2 or 3 years and without WC revenues this year, they would be staggered I think.

Between the 07-04 AP age group there have been a bunch of defections this year. One went to NEFC top team, 5-6 more that I can think of went to Scorpions.

Agree with previous poster.. for those who are new here the unwritten rule, which should be a written rule, is to keep the commentary related to clubs or keep it general.. and never get overly specific.. that’s just creepy

Why would anyone leave NEFC's DA to go to SSS DA???
