      But it doesn't happen this way because of NEP. Good coaches and good players didn't appear out of nowhere when NEP was formed: they were there all along. If a player was too good for their current team, they could just tryout for a better one.

      The reason why it is worse with NEP and clubs with many teams is because Youth Soccer is a diseconomy of scale.
