Nah. Blue parents have said multiple times in this thread that they no longer care about winning showcases. They’re all committed etc. For the league they don’t care about winning because the finals are in an undesirable location. Anytime they lose, “no one cares about winning at this age”. Yet when they win, they suddenly like winning. When white doesn’t win, winning once again matters. So nope, not buying that both of those things can be true for Stars Blue. It’s amazing that the hypocrisy isn’t more evident to you.

Where you are wrong is in assuming that the posts are coming from 07 Blue parents. As an actual parent of a kid on that team, I will help you with the rest of your post:

No ECNL club cares about winning showcase games. It’s all about getting kids seen by colleges and showcase results do not impact the post-season (that wasn’t always the case). Do the kids care about winning? Of course.

Not everyone on Blue is committed. Just like every other 07 team, there are 2026s on the roster.

For the league, every ECNL club/team cares about winning and getting into champions league. 07 Blue missed champions league last season and it was a big disappointment. Still plenty of college coaches at their games in San Diego, but the kids were definitely disappointed. ECNL finals are in Virginia in July. Not ideal, but of course every team/club wants to make finals.

Stars White 07 didn’t lose any games in Phoenix. They won 2 and tied 1. Doesn’t change the fact that the most important thing to the club/parents/players is getting uncommitted players seen. Blue 07 won 3 games. Doesn’t change the fact that the most important thing to the club/parents/coaches in s getting uncommitted players seen.

Pretty accurate. Most of those 7 teams are within a goal of each other with average. You can look at head to head match ups and there are a lot of close games.

Stars Blue tied PF & SUSA, lost 0-1 to WC and also beat and lost to CFC 2-0.

Looking at some of the others, SUSA beat PDA 3-2 and lost 0-2 to NEFC. NEFC lost 2-3 to Ukrainians. Ukrainians lost 0-2 to SUSA. PF beat SUSA 4-1, etc.

Probably just early season injuries. Some big games this weekend will sort things out. SUSA should pick up two wins v. Scorpions & FSA. World Class and CFC will beat White and then Wold Class v. Blue & CFC v. Blue are huge.
