Just like Blue uses the excuse at every showcase “it’s a showcase and results don’t matter” and “the top committed players aren’t there anyway” would the same not apply here?

Not an Aztec parent but this is just silly given the way blue parents make these excuses for every loss…

Ahhhh! There’s the caveat. I knew there was an exception clause in there why showcase games matter for other teams, just never blue.

If true that’s a big mistake. Losing Select and adding bayside and possibly a second nefc team would be a tremendous drop in competition. At that point the NAL might actually be a better option

ok Aztec dad NAL is never going to be a better option but whatever gets you through. I don’t see Aztec getting GA…but youth soccer is a mess so anything can happened. the problem is Aztec is a great feeder system they make a living at it and that is needed in New England. Parents want more though so will always have this question. Aztec was built to be sold off which it was. The only thing that mattered for a sale was the number of players/teams (revenue) vs expenses.

Congratulations on your victory, Scorpions dad. Nothing to brag about though. Stars white only beat FSA 2-1. FSA and Stars white are bottom of the food chain in the conference, their sole purpose is for the top teams to rack up points.
