Please do yourselves a favor and go look up fc stars on YouTube and what you’ll find is a mostly poor quality of soccer all around. Girls soccer is not good to watch. With the exception of a few quality players in the mix, they are mostly average and that’s putting it nicely.

continue doing yourself a favor and compare the commit lists of Stars to any other local club. Assuming you’re correct that girls are “mostly average” then it seems going to Stars if the best thing a player could do

Parents will get a note via u8 coach a few days after the game. Giving the increasing restrictions, college coaches are focusing on the u8 players. Its about the long game. Everything this decade will have an asterisk. The entering class of ‘31 is the next class that matters. If you’re not on Blue already, you dont know what you dont know

Yes. In youth soccer it is mostly about lowest risk / highest reward. Playing short passes through lines is great but every pass before the offensive third is an opportunity for a bad touch, poor ball and a counter attack goal against. And since most girls dont really care or watch the sport and their parents have no clue what theyre looking at, there is no reason for a coach to risk his job just to play a style that wouldnt be appreciated anyway and doesnt maximize likelihood of winning.
