Any word on who is coaching the 2007 ECNL teams? My daughter would like to try out but we hesitate to leave a good coach and team for the current ECNL (blue) coach since we haven’t heard great things about him. She is thinking about attending the ID session but it would be helpful to know.

Hard to believe anyone on blue is afraid to loose their spot, most are probably looking to get out. Sounds more like NEFC parent trying to hold onto their players. If your looking to leave a good coach and team for an unknown coach and team you have already made up your mind, so don't bother trying to get good advice here.

Here’s an idea. Send your kid anyways and let them earn an offer and then ask those questions.

Why hasn't the GA posted the game schedules for the NC event this weekend? It's in 2 days.

Wow, this post produced a lot of helpful responses. The answer is no, there is no official word but it's quite clear there will be a different blue coach. Send your daughter to the ID clinic, get an offer and make your decision from there when you can ask all the questions you want. There will be many parents doing the same thing - both current stars parents and potential new ones.
