This was dead on...except for “typically promote from within.” There is a single girl who worked up from a lower team in the club. Stats over story lines.

They have brought in girls from multiple outside clubs—SSS, Stars—not just SPOL. The point that they don’t generally promote kids from within the club is accurate.

Not true. NEFC 2006 team took quite a few from other regions and outside clubs.

2007 is what? U13? None of it matters if you are on the top team at U13. A lot of shifting will happen over the next few years. You 2007 parents will learn.

Speaking of reading comprehension, that's obviously not your strength. I took it as there will be movement in the next few years, meaning that 2007 team as it is now may not be the same team in a few years.
