Bayside gets no love on this site. They have beaten Liverpool, SPOL, and NEFC NS, and SSS. Been competitive with Aztec and Surf. They belong in that last mix.

Their first two games they played poorly and lost to a bad select team and a good Liverpool team, both of whom they then beat in Regional Cup. If MA teams are going to keep poaching players, they should at least respect some of the ones that have stayed. 2007 is a deep talent pool in MA and RI. Some good players out there.

Your point is what, Bayside should be in the mix with the rest of the second tier teams in MA like Select and Liverpool?

1 - Before any games played. ECNL is the best league in the country. We are in the ECNL so we therefore must be the top 3 teams in MA.
2 - After not getting the "predicted results" against GA teams....... Bring up how much the GA league sucks and that they let in Empire United.
3 - Fast forward to memorial day weekend after all teams have been able to recover from the Covid layoff......ECNL clubs still not separating themselves from the pack....wait until next year, with all the player movement, the gap we have been talking about for the last two years will be backed up with actual results.
Sports are a funny thing. The teams with the most talent on paper do not always win.
