Can someone please remind me why grown adults are following the whereabouts of 13 year old girls? If ifs not your kid, then it’s just plain creepy, and psycho.

It is creepy, and that’s why you never identify your child in a chat forum, it always ends poorly.

You do realize that it’s the parents putting this info out there, right?

Here is my take on "Regional Team Impact Player Saga."

                  - Regional Team Impact Player ("RTIP") has an insecure parent who wants to be on a list team so bad and come on here and talk smack that he/she got over excited and put the kid out there in an identifiable way. Mistake # 1.

-Parent of another kid on the Regional Team who didn't get called up is mad that his/her superstar isn't going to be on a list team next year so he/she can't come on here and join the smack talking fun. So non-selected regional team super star's ("NSRTSS")mom/dad decide to attack RTIP by inferring she really isn't that good. Mistake #2.

                  - Everyone else piled on, because that's what happens on here.*
*Except NEFC dad who was wildly celebrating in his living room and furiously hitting up the team group text that another spot on Stars Blue has been filled (by RTIP).

-A few sane people on here tried to tell RTIP's mom/dad and the mom/dad of NSRTSS they were being stupid & creepy, respectively, but neither listened.

The moral of the story. Sh*t on NEFC/Stars/Scorpions/SSS and especially SPOL and all the coaches and crazy parents on the sideline all you want. It's all in good fun and not too serious. It's middle school girls soccer after all. But don't ever be RTIP or NSRTSS mom or dad where you are 1- identifying your own kid, or 2- attacking someone else's kid. The end.

Don’t forget to account for SBP - Stars Blue Parents that had to listen about how amazing the kid was for 2 days in March, likely without realizing all the dominos that had to fall in order for her to even get the call up. Mom was probably excited to make a list team and couldn’t contain herself. Should have just been quiet and let the kid play.

                      Haha... well said.
Anyway, SSS has the best 07 team in the land. Prediction: when things get back to normal they will thrash NEFC. And that's because they will have 100% player retainage, and 100% coach retainage. Stars, Scorpions and all the rest of the top 10 teams are only pretenders. (07 girls that is)

I find it amazing that some of you actually think this “list” and forum actually have an effect on what people choose to do. As the parent of an older player I can tell you that everything changes quickly and every year kids move teams, drop the sport, get passed by late bloomers, move up to top teams etc. Enjoy the ride now because they’ll all be gone in a flash. You’ll look back and realize just how stupid and meaningless the garbage slinging on this forum really is. Happy Memorial Day weekend!

Perfect. Thank you delusional Select dad ("DSD") for getting us back on track with some harmless smack talking. Glad you guys will be back in the mix. That team always brings a good game. Now please ask your coach to register your team for the Stars Cup 2020 and stop hiding.

Well said....and RTIP parent probably has no idea about this forum/no idea adults are talking smack about their kid (sorry child, I think they are 12 right?)

Just desperate. A famous singer once said “I would like to be removed from this narrative that I never asked to be a part of”

                              Love TS.....oh sorry Talking Soccer.

She’s here, active, and trying to promote her kid. Nobody outside of a kid’s parent would ever tout a C team call up as a huge impact player. And only a parent would tell us there were circumstances that caused the star to be misplaced initially or that JB had his eyes on her for a while. Who else would say that?
