How did the Stars Regional Teams do with commitments? Recently they have sent a decent number of players to very strong D3 schools. Did that happen this year as well?

Did they ‘send’ kids there for soccer, or are they attending the school and may also play soccer? Some may say semantics, but there is a subtle difference and it makes a difference. One decision is unrelated to soccer and club and really shouldn’t be listed as a commitment.

Its less of a career risk. The career options for coaching college soccer aren’t an easy path.

And they know the players will have to play some competitive matches between now and NLI signing day senior year to give the coaches a chance to confirm their assessment of the player.

Cmon at U17 you know all about this. College coaches can’t trust what they see when you play against DPL/NAL teams. If the kid shines against GA opponents they will trust that success more. But therein lies the problem with too much expansion. Will they continue to trust what they see?

Aztec is the third best team in the state on YSR behind Blue & NEFC. You'd expect Blue & NEFC to have the best classes, but why is Aztec so low?

Aztec is ranked ahead of GA/ECNL teams in White, Scorpions and SSS, but have less commits than all of them. Why is this if not league?
