Where are they going to get new talent from? For good or bad, rosters don't change much U15+. There's not really any significant talent hiding in the bushes waiting for their chance. Also many players, more so girls, don't enter to leave teammates they've been with for a few years.

Kids would have moved at this age agreed plus parents get too comfortable and aren’t interested in their kid competing for playing time if they play all the time now. Same parents thst can’t differentiate between winning and development.

Talk to JD one night in SD and you’ll realize 8-9 on this team should be cut.

That is always what coaches who screw things up say. Stars Blue with the players they have should never have finished outside of the playoff spots, and certainly not behind CFC. I get that World Class and SUSA are really good teams but Stars dropped points in games they should have won all year, and it was not even remotely the players. It was the coaching decisions. My kid is not on Blue but has played all of these teams, and I find it crazy that they couldn't finish ahead of CFC.

The amount of “adults” that sh!t on this specific group of 15 and 16 year old girls on this site is insane.

I don’t think anyone denies the talent on Blue. We just can’t believe they weren’t 30-0 this year with a 90 goal differential.

My daughters team wins some and loses some. When they lose, they own it. They, and their parents, don’t come on an anonymous forum and blame the coach and say they played no part in their loss whatsoever, which is what the op said.

If pointing out that 15 and 16 year old “elite” players are responsible for their own success and failure is sh!tting on them, you need some (much) thicker skin. They’re old enough to understand that.

Talk to Westford or Winchester mom talk to Sutton dad. They utter contempt they hold for girls who play soccer not on blue and you’ll see why people **** on this team. It’s not the kids, it’s the pompous parents and the douche coach.

Again, my kid played AGAINST blue and for my money, there was more talent on that team than susa or cfc and yet they finished behind both. Imo, thats a coaching issue. If you have the talent to finish first or second and you drop so many pounts you finish 4, some strange decisions were being made by the one person empowered to make them.

Boo freaking hoo. People talk crap about NEFC and Aztec too. Only Stars thinks they’re special enough to play the victim.

If the kids lost a game, it’s okay to admit they’re not perfect. JFC. There’s got to be something wrong with you people.
