Revs cut half of younger players *starters* after a few years. Bench players have zero chance, none--because it's never happened. Dad coach is no dummy, he saw the writing on the wall. Pretending they 'chose' Portugal over the Revs is disingenuous.

I'm sure he saw the writing on the wall as far as development, but FOUR kids quit our team last year including those boys. And to be clear, he wasn't benched. He wasn't a 'starter' for last year's coach, but played plenty of minutes.

Seriously, look who they kept and then recruited. And how much they don't play. These poor kids are really benched.

They most definitely chose Portugal over the Revs. If you can go to Europe to play, it's a no brainer and every player's dream.
