Some rosters can be 40% or higher but that is rare and mostly just D2. Overall for men's international players are 15% D1 and almost 22% D2. A typical D1 will have 4-6 international players. Again I've seen higher and hAve seen others with just one. http://scholarshipstats.com/soccer.html
