            Why? Are they young?

Weren't aware of the departures when they signed. Team isn't what they thought they were signing up for.

How many kids left all of the different age groups?

Why won't the Revs issue waivers to their most talented players. Many have the opportunity to enjoy an exceptional high school education at outstanding private institutions. Sadly these schools require the students to play their chosen sport. The kids currently need to make very hard choices. That shouldn't have to happen. It's a matter of simple paperwork.

Why should they? No seriously. Believe me I'm not a fan of the Revs, not by a long shot. But no club should have to give waivers. It is disruptive to have key players missing for nearly 3 months which games have to be played. It puts teams at a competitive disadvantage. It causes problems with rosters, PT and positions. It isn't fair to the kids who do give up HS for DA. It causes friction across the two groups. Those prep school kids will be just find without the Revs and they're getting a great education on top of it. None will be going pro so capitalizing on the educational piece for the rest of their lives seems like a smart bet.

I wish the the no HS rule wasn't there at all, but if they're going to have it then it should be all or nothing.

Point well taken, missing 6 weeks of high level training with Perreira, Demelo, Frederick and Scales can be so detrimental to a kid's development. Hahahaha!!

Well there's that too. If someone dangled a nearly free high quality education in front of my kid, yeah I'd take it. Throw in the den of Revs misfits into the equation and it's very clear

So essentially, the choice would be Revs public high school coaches in Perreira, Demelo etc or ISL/NEPSAC coaches with superb facilities/campuses, comprehensive strength and conditioning programs, off season work out regimens and inclusive educational components.
Mmmmm, let me sleep on that one.

                              "Misfits" is being kind.

DA served its purpose until we got the call and transitioned to ISL. I highly recommend getting out of the soccer spin cycle as soon as possible.
