I find it absolutely amazing that the Revs have to publicly post Academy coach positions. An MLS team doesn't have established internal connections through the sport where they can recruit/pursue and offer positions to qualified people? Just goes to show how committed they are to developing local youth players.

It's normal to publicly post all opening at big companies, even if they already have internal candidates or are working external networks. They want to give everyone the impression that it's an open and fair process, even when it usually isn't. I wouldn't read too much into that. Besides, we all know the choice won't be optimal. In fact they might be better off advertising everywhere. Maybe they'd get better candidates.

Very nice and one of the Revs at this camp (AC), was cut this week. Not just warm and fuzzy, but utter confusion, disorganization and ineptitude.

Don't waste your time or risk being arrested. Frederick is just a scrub coach. Spent time in club soccer and ODP. He's a nobody in the soccer circles. I'd be bitter too if I looked like him. He looks like he has scoliosis. Actually, Scales looks like him too. What's with the gray old man beards they sport? They are both pushing 50, hipster lumberjacks they are not!!
